Hi, I’m DJ! Welcome to the Vegan Pregnancy Blog. I’m a mom of three beautiful vegan babies, the latest born in late 2024. My journey as a vegan mom has been nothing short of supernatural, and I’m so grateful to share it with you here.
How It All Started
When I was pregnant with my third child, I realized just how little support there is for moms navigating vegan pregnancies. I kept hearing questions like, “Can you really do this?” and I saw how hard it was to find clear, trustworthy resources. At the same time, friends and family were coming to me for advice about everything from nutrition to breastfeeding.
That’s when it clicked: this is my purpose. I pivoted from blogging about general vegan topics to focusing on vegan pregnancy and motherhood.
My experiences and my passion for helping other moms inspired me to relaunch my blog as a space to support and uplift you on your journey.

My mission is to simplify the overwhelming amount of information, sharing what’s truly helpful so you can focus on what matters most—your family and your health. Whether you’re navigating your first pregnancy or adding another little one to your family, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
You’ll also see sprinkles of my faith woven throughout this blog. Motherhood is such a sacred journey, and I truly believe it reflects God’s love and creativity.
One of my favorite verses that inspires me is Psalm 127:3, “Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from Him.”
